Dunstable based Acme Saws Ltd. Operated and owned by Steve Burton and Kev Peacock, both City and Guilds qualified technical “hands on” sales and service engineers who completed apprenticeships in engineering some 20 years ago within local electro mechanical engineering companies.

After this we both went on to work for 8 years for The Addison Tool Company and were both senior engineers working for the service department in Dudley near Wolverhampton.

Some 15 years ago we started Acme Saws and have become a well recognised and respected Saw sales and service company working for many of the large engineering companies around the country, along with countless smaller companies where we generally respond to service breakdowns within a 24 hour period.

Working on most well known brands of Sawing machines like  FORTE, ADIGE, STARTRITE, MEBA, KALTENBACK, AMADA, RUSCH, COSEN, OMP, PEDRAZZOLLI, BEHRINGER, BOMMAR, EVERISING.

Operating from a 2300 square foot modern industrial unit where we carry out a service and repair facility for most types of engineering companies around the country.

In addition to this Acme Saws also carry in stock a range of Sawing machines both “New” or “Used” most of which carry a warranty period, thus giving our customers a great deal on a new or replacement Saw along with peace of mind.

Acme Saws also supply a full range of specialist coolants and Waxes specifically tailored to the individual cutting needs of users of metal cutting sawing machine users.

Lastly, Acme Saws stock around £6000 of metal cutting Band Saw Blades and High Speed Circular Saw Blades at any time and can offer fantastic deals on large orders.
